Our hotel will never ask you to enter credit card or payment information via links in emails or messages.
If you receive a suspicious email or message, please be careful not to click on any links or enter any information.

If you have any concerns regarding your reservation, please contact the hotel directly or the online booking site through which you made your reservation.
