Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

A. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
However, times may vary depending on your room plan.

Q. Is there a curfew?

A. There is no curfew; however, please note that the entrance is locked from 23:00 to 6:00.
If you have a room key, you can unlock even during the locked period.

Q. Can I stay with an infant or toddler?

A. If the child shares the bed, there is no additional charge.

Q. How big is the bed?

A. Bed sizes vary by room type.

Q. Are there smoking rooms?

A. Our hotel is non-smoking throughout.
If you wish to smoke (including e-cigarettes), please use the outdoor smoking area.

Q. Can I change my booking dates or details?

A. You can change your reservation via the "Reservation Confirmation & Cancellation" page on the booking form.

Q. Can breakfast be served before 7:00?

A. We are sorry, but breakfast is served from 7:00 onwards.

Q. Do you have a coin laundry or dryer?

A. There is a coin laundry area on the first floor.
We have two washer-dryer units with automatic detergent dispensing.

Q. Are there vending machines?

A. Vending machines for soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available on the second floor.
Alcohol is also provided in the first floor lobby.

Q. Is room service available?

A. We are sorry, but room service is not available.

Q. What amenities are provided in the room?

A. Each room includes bath towels, face towels, room wear, and a toothbrush.
Body towels, razors, and hairbrushes are available at the front desk amenity counter.
